We start with concept development and space planning. We dedicate time to understanding our clients’ psychology, values and preferences before providing detailed mood-boards, sketches, technical drawings, 3d renders and material options. We also arrange Vastu Shastra consultation where needed.

In our design process we provide construction documentation including demolition drawings, floor plans, lighting designs, electrical plans, plumbing plans, reflected ceiling plans, interior and exterior elevations, furniture plans, detailed millwork/cabinetry drawings, material, color & finish specifications, construction drawings and details, FF&E specifications, schedules & quantities and accessibility compliances.

Design it

We provide project management at every stage to make the process stress-free for our clients.

We begin with project planning- establishing scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and deliverables. We develop a comprehensive budget and including costs for design services, materials furnishings, contractors and other project related expenses. We continually monitor and control the budget throughout the project to ensure financial objectives are being met. After establishing the necessary resources for the project to be executed, we ensure the smooth coordination between the suppliers, vendors and contractors.

Build it

Our material sourcing services refer to the process of selecting and procuring the material, furniture and products needed to implement the design vision for a project.

We undertake market research and exploration, materials selection, providing material samples and swatches, supplier/vendor collaboration, cost estimation and budgeting, sustainable sourcing, procurement, purchasing and order management and quality checks.
