Client Brief
This beautiful home in Koregaon Park, Pune required a facelift. The client wanted to use the Patio and connected Kitchen as an entertainment space that could be used by their daughter without disturbing the peace of the home. Lovers of all things dark and moody, they had been blessed with double windows which they wanted to treat with jute blinds. Black, dark wood furniture and concrete and wood flooring forms the backdrop of this noir home.
This luxurious kitchen is a dark and delicious oasis for lovers of black tones. The walnut wood cabinets, black laminated loft, concrete floor, granite counters / backsplash and walnut beams form the palette of this space.
Kitchen
In this space, we’ve continued the palette of the kitchen. Dark walnut beams, louvered cabinets, teak wood furniture, dark jute blinds and black shiplap walls tie the space together. Lighter moments are interspersed with the moody palette. These elements include linen upholstery and white walls. Vines growing on the beams along with fairy lights give the impression of sitting outdoors on a starry night.
